1. The service

Rahenan is an educational app that provides AI-powered study help. Content is for learning only and does not replace a teacher or professional advisor.

2. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. App Store purchases are subject to Apple's Standard EULA. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the app only for educational purposes.
• Do not submit inappropriate, unlawful, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or abuse the system.

4. User content licence

You own the questions and images you send. By submitting them, you grant us a licence to process them and provide responses.

5. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages arising from its use; responses may be incomplete or inaccurate.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
