By downloading, installing, or using the Rahenan app ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The service
Rahenan is an educational app that provides AI-powered study help. App content is for learning purposes only and does not replace a teacher or professional advisor.
2. Subscriptions (paid plans)
Some features require a paid subscription. If you purchase through the App Store, Apple's Standard EULA applies. Subscriptions also renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current period.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the app only for educational purposes.
- Do not submit inappropriate, unlawful, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or abuse the system.
4. User content licence
You own the content you send (questions, images). By submitting content to the app, you grant us a licence to process it and provide responses.
5. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from its use; responses may be incomplete or inaccurate.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
